Catch and Cook Fishing in Rural Japan

Earlier this month we celebrated the end of winter with a fishing trip out with some of our friends here in Yamagata. We aimed for Japanese sea bream with the aim of taking our catch to a Japanese chef to prepare it into some delicious sashimi for lunch!
