Entsuji Temple
Entsuji Temple was originally called Entsuji-an, and is thought to have been founded in the autumn of 1685 as a retreat for the founder of Kobukuji Temple (Sumida Ward) of the Őbaku sect, the monk Tegyu Dōki.

圓通寺はもと圓通庵といい、黄檗宗・弘福寺（墨田区）の開山・鉄牛道機和尚隠棲の地として貞享二年（一六八五）秋に開創されたものと思われます。
