The road with cultural history built right into it 🚶✨
There is a simple beauty to wet cobblestones, and these make up the Ao Ishidatami Stone Path Street, a pathway that passes through Mihonoseki Town in Shimane Prefecture. The path was laid during the late Edo Period (about 1804~1847) and has many literary guests walk over it. The words and songs written here were erected into six columns placed through the town, forever preserving this precious history.
