Azabu Juban is an area with a downtown atmosphere even among the many high-end residential areas in Azabu.
The city has become an area of miscellaneous buildings containing stores and restaurants, private stores, and a mix of common residential areas.
The area from Ichinobashi to Sendai-zaka is a shopping street, which attracts many tourists during the summer festival.
There are also several embassies in the vicinity, making it a city where many foreigners live.
