Before the pandemic, many foreign tourists visited here and the shopping street was well maintained. The structure of the building is the same as other shopping streets, but the number of English signboards has increased and the atmosphere is a little different from the others. The number of fashionable shops has increased, but some shops have been loved by locals for a long time. 今回は、ニセコエリアの中心部、倶知安駅前にある商店街を歩いてみました。コロナ禍前までは多くの外国人観光客が訪れ、商店街は綺麗に整備されました。建物の造りは他の道内の商店街と大きく変わりませんが、英語の看板が多いため、他とは雰囲気がやや異なります。おしゃれなお店が増えましたが、昔から地元の人に愛されているお店もあります。この商店街に国内外から再び多くの人が訪れ、賑わう日が来ることを願っています。
