I am cooking a simple Japanese dish for my wife in this livestream. It is super easy to cook – so if it looks good, go ahead and try it for yourself!
The dish I’m cooking is Hiyashi Chuka（冷やし中華）, which can be translated as Chilled Chinese noodles. It has the word “Chinese” but it’s a dish that’s only found in Japan. It’s flavourful and vinegary – and the noodles have an amazing firm texture. It’s one of my favorite comfort food to eat. I bought the noodles from Donki. Enjoy!
