Kamitoku Akasaki store opened in 1949 as a beef bone ramen shop in Akasaki, Kotoura Town, Tottori.
The difference from tonkotsu ramen is that the soup has a light taste and is easy for women to eat as well.
Currently, Kamitoku has Hokuei-cho Yura store, Kurayoshi store, Ginza store, and Hawaii store as independent stores from Akasaki store, and each store is already open in each place.
