This superb shot showcases the fresh green Momiji (Japanese maple) leaves that encircle the Shiomitaki Falls Suspension Bridge over Hananuki Gorge in Ibaraki Prefecture. There are few things more comforting than being surrounded by such fresh green in the cool spring weather. The views of the river below, with various waterfalls and moss-covered rock pools, also give a peaceful experience.
