People here are happy to return to a little bit more normal life. Ahrweiler is often referred to as “the romantic district” and resembles Nuremberg a bit. This is mainly because of its beautiful old town within the still completely preserved city walls. You will see many shops, restaurants, market square, nice alleys and a church.
