Mt Fuji

I climbed Mount Fuji this July on a mid-week and stayed in a hut in the evening and climbed at night to watch the sunrise at the summit. It was an absolutely great experience. I recommend mid-week to avoid lineups, specially if its rainy, there would be less busy.
