Here it is. THE END. This is the last video from the “Asia trip” series. We’ll tell you something about the Imperial Palace, we`ll take you to the Ginza district, which is considered one of the most expensive, most elegant and luxurious streets in the world, you will learn interesting facts about one of Japan’s most famous cartoon characters, the cute Hello Kitty and finally, you`ll see a huge number of people walking through the busiest pedestrian crossing in the world, Shibuya Crossing.

As I mentioned, this video ends our adventure in Asia, which my husband Marian and I enjoyed in January 2020. We have created this YouTube channel for you so you can travel with us and see interesting places that are not only geographically distant to us but mainly by culture. Everything started with a flight to Singapore by British Airways, which lost our luggage, but fortunately, everything turned out well and nothing else ruined our trip. In Singapore, we were able to enjoy the purity, luxury, and at the same time the multiculturalism of this city. But this was just the beginning. The adventure continued with a cruise on the cruise ship Diamond Princess belonging to the company Princess Cruises, where we enjoyed luxury, fun, and relaxation for two whole weeks and at the same time we had the opportunity to visit other Asian countries. The first was Vietnam, where we had three stops. The first one was Vietnam’s largest and probably the noisiest city, Ho Chi Minh city/Saigon, where any European or American must forget the learned traffic rules to get across the road through an incredible number of motorcycles. The second stop was, for a change, the quiet and clean coastal city of Nha Trang, which after visiting Saigon was like we were in a different world. On the third day, we went to the town of Da Nang, which is dominated by Marble mountain – mountains from which marble was once mined to make beautiful sculptures and various souvenirs, which you can still buy, but marble for their production no longer comes from these mountains so they do not completely disappear. On this day, we also visited the beautiful, colorful, ancient town of Hoi An. The beauty of this city is preserved by the locals for future generations. We sailed from Vietnam to Hong Kong, which welcomed us with countless skyscrapers that we saw during daylight, as well as a colorful panorama at night and, of course, from above, from Victoria peak. From the hustle and bustle of the big city, we headed to a peaceful and spiritual place to the huge statue of Tian Tan Buddha. From the city of skyscrapers, we went to the capital of Taiwan, Taipei, which is known for one specific skyscraper, which is designed to withstand earthquakes and typhoons. In Taipei, we were interested in the fact that, despite the lack of time, it is possible to see a lot of interesting things. This is because almost all tourist attractions are close to metro stops. From there we sailed to Japan, where we docked in Osaka, which is dominated by Osaka Castle and, of course, many interesting temples. The next day we relaxed in the town of Toba, where we took beautiful drone shots and could not wait to come to Tokyo, where we stayed another week and gathered a lot of experiences, such as Sumo match, huge shops full of interesting electronics, and Japanese gadgets, especially in the Akihabara district, where anyone interested in computer games, anime, and sex toys feels like in heaven. We not only stayed in Tokyo, but we also visited Kyoto, known mainly for its many temples and shrines and one of the places where you can meet Geisha on the street. One of the most touching experiences was a visit to Hiroshima, where we commemorated the tragedy of human history where we reminded ourselves that we must enjoy life because happiness and freedom are not a matter of course.

If you got this far, thank you. Thank you for watching our videos. I hope you liked it and you learned something new. It was a challenge for me (for Janka), as I never did anything like this. But I must say that I enjoyed it very much and I hope that I will have the opportunity to continue and improve. We hope we will travel a lot more, we will see a lot of interesting places, a lot of interesting cultures, … The world is so beautiful after all. 🙂

Thank you
Janka & Marian
