Exploring Uchiko Japan | Episode 4 | Visiting Shikoku & Wakayama

Another off the beaten path day trip to Uchiko, only 25 minutes by train from Matsuyama. Uchiko has a beautiful kabuki theatre that still hosts performances today, along with various museums, an old town and several old merchant houses you can tour. It’s all very walkable and makes for a great day trip and one not too busy with tourists.

Come along and explore Uchiko with us, and then find out what surprise was waiting for us back in Matsuyama as we return from our day trip.
