SAIKORO RAMEN

Located in the Nakano, Saikoro serves up a meat lover’s ramen. Their niboshi chukasoba comes with a generous portion of chashu pork, shingled around the bowl like flower petals. Top it off with the optional “hogushi niku” for a baseball-sized meatball made of chicken and pork that will melt into the broth and absorb all those niboshi (dried sardine) flavors.
