Olympic Torch Relay Day 7️⃣ – Nagano
Did you enjoy our first day in Nagano Prefecture? 🇯🇵 Here are some moments from today’s relay. 📸
The Nagano leg of the Torch Relay began in the town of Karuizawa, host of some of the events during the summer and winter Olympic Games of 1964 and 1998. From there it travelled through the various legacy venues of the 1998 Olympic Winter Games in the eastern and northern areas of the prefecture, and made its way to the city of Nagano.
Tomorrow’s relay will be visiting Nagano’s central and southern countryside with the Japan Alps as the backdrop. Stay tuned! 🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃
