There used to be an old street in front of the station, which seems to be crowded with workers working at stations and harbors. Although the number of old buildings is decreasing, there are shops such as sushi restaurants, public baths, bakeries, and rice cake shops that are still loved by locals. 今回は、小樽の手宮銀座商店街を歩いてみました。かつてはこの近くに港と駅があり、ここが小樽の中心部でした。市場や銭湯などがあり、おそらく多くの人が利用していたことでしょう。残念ながら、手宮市場は閉店してしまいましたが、隣にある手宮新市場にはまだ営業しているお店があるようです。夏にはお祭りが開催され、とても賑わいます。やはりお店の数は段々減っていますが、旧小樽がここにはあります。
