Itoshima is a city on the northwest coast of Japan’s Kyushu Island. It’s known for Futamigaura Bay, where the sun sets over 2 rocky outcrops known as Meoto Iwa, or the Married Couple Rocks.
At an altitude of 530 meters, Shiraito waterfall is located near the source of Katsuki River. It’s 30 meters high, and designated as Fukuoka Prefectural spots of scenic beauty.
