‘Shibuya Sky’, the observation deck on top of the area’s new landmark tower ‘Shibuya Scramble Square’, opening on November 1, is the largest rooftop space in Japan, towering over the city at 230 meters. Take in the 360-degree panoramic view of the cityscape, or enjoy a drink at the bar while watching the night view. There’s even a stunning light performance at night, produced by Japanese company Rhizomatiks.
