The Olympic flame has arrived at Chūson-ji Temple 🇯🇵
The Great East Japan Earthquake greatly affected this region and now #10YearsLater the ‘Flame of Recovery’ is shining brightly at the historic Chūson-ji temple, founded in 850.
This temple was founded around the principle that all are welcome and that regardless of your situation you would be greeted affectionately and receive a blessing from the monks.
The Olympic Flame 🔥 is now on display across the Iwate prefecture until 1⃣6⃣ March.
