IPPUDO has released their new menu Ie-kei Ramen and today, I was invited to try it out. I was always wondering why there is no 家系(Ie-kei)Ramen in Singapore… and I’m so happy IPPUDO has finally brought it!
Ie-kei Ramen is a tonkotsu broth ramen born in Yokohama, Japan. The taste is stronger than tonkotsu with high presence of shoyu (soy sauce) and the main toppings are seaweed, spinach and pork. Join me on this livestream to find out if this ramen is worth trying!
