One of Nagoya’s most famous dishes is “Miso Katsu”, a variation of Tonkatsu (a breaded pork cutlet with a side of cabbage) and “Yabaton” is the place to get it!

Be prepared to queue for this Nagoya specialty, but I promise you it is worth it!
