This is Madu-dong, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Korea. It is known to the citizens of Ilsan as Jeongbalsan Rural Housing Complex or Madu-dong Beverly Village. It is very popular because it is close to the city and it gives you a sense of countryside.
There are many broadcasting stations nearby. And there are a lot of entertainers lives here. That’s why you can often see TV stations filming. Many Korean dramas, movies, and entertainment programs were filmed in this village.

여기는 대한민국 고양시의 일산동구 마두동입니다. 일산시민들에게는 정발산 전원주택단지 또는 마두동 비버리빌리지로 알려져있습니다. 도시에서 가까우면서도 전원느낌을 물씬 낼 수 있어서 인기가 많습니다.
이곳 근처에는 방송국이 많습니다. 그리고 연예인들이 많이 거주하고 있습니다. 그래서 방송국에서 촬영하는 모습을 자주 볼 수 있습니다. 한국의 많은 드라마와 영화, 예능 프로그램이 이 마을에서 촬영되었습니다.
