In the recently concluded gathering held at KTDC Mascot hotel to commemorate the 149th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Osaka Air Travels Pvt. Ltd received the Mahatma Gandhi Excellence award for its outstanding contribution in the field of Tourism and Travel management. The award was bestowed upon Osaka Group’s Founder and Chairman P.B Boss for his magnetic leadership as a tour and travel operator with excellence, highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity, civic and social responsibility.
The award was presented by Hon’ble Minister J. Mercykutty Amma, Minister for Fisheries, Government of Kerala and Shri. Oommen Chandy, previous Chief Minister of Kerala. The gathering was also attended by Shri. M. Vijayakumar – KTDC chairman, Padma Shri Gopinathan Nair, Shri. C. Divakaran MLA and Shri. Varkala B Ravikumar – KEL Chairman.
