SLOW GELATO:
SLOW GELATO -MADE IN NONOSHIMA-, the first gelato shop produced by SLOW LABEL (co-produced and managed by social welfare corporation Aibi no Kai Nonoshima Gakuen), opened in June 2016 in Koshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture.
Based on daytime activities at Nonoshima Gakuen, such as making sweets and pottery, professional creators develop recipes and ways of making them that make the most of the special skills and personalities of people with disabilities. The project is an attempt to create a new and creative working place for people with disabilities.
