Tokyo Station
There are many commercial facilities inside Tokyo Station such as “ecute Tokyo” near Marunouchi South Exit, “Central Street” through the both sides of the central passage, and “GRANSTA” on the first basement floor. “Ekinaka” (a Japanese word meaning commercial facilities inside a railway station) in Tokyo Station is one of the largest commercial facilities in railway stations in Japan.

Shibuya is an immensely popular commuter hub, packed with department stores, specialty shops, bars and restaurants. Its most well-known celebrity is Hachiko, a dog memorialized with a bronze statue for its faithfulness almost a century ago. Shibuya Crossing is Japan’s most photographed intersection, made famous in Lost in Translation for its video screens and converging pedestrians when the lights change.

Meguro (目黒区, Meguro-ku) is a special ward in Tokyo, Japan. The English translation of its Japanese self-designation is Meguro City.

The name “Meguro”, meaning “black eyes”, derives from the Meguro Fudō (Black-eyed Fudō-myōō) of Ryūsenji. The Meguro Fudō was one of five Fudō-myōō statues placed at strategic points on the outskirts of Edo in the early seventeenth century by the abbot Tenkai, an advisor to Tokugawa Ieyasu, to provide protection for the new capital of the Tokugawa shogunate. Each statue had eyes of a different color. (Mejiro, a district in Toshima ward, is named for the white-eyed Fudō-myōō).
