This video highlights some special moment of our visit to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium in Okinawa, Japan. Among all of the shows, we enjoyed the dolphin show most. In Tokyo as well a lots of public aquariums, and the okinawa aquarium certainly holds its own as one of the best. Clearly its sheer size is great, yet the nature of the individual showcases is first rate. The mark show is known as the kuroshio ocean. It estimates 115 ft long, 89 ft wide, and 33 ft profound. For those keeping track of who’s winning at home, that is barely short of 2 million gallons of water. The acrylic board you see here is 74 ft by 27 ft and is 2 ft. thick.
