四国レンタカーの旅
3日目です。

宿泊先の琴平ホテルを
7時45分に出発。

善通寺・丸亀城を経て
瀬戸大橋を渡りました。

鷲羽山では南端になる
不動尊にお参りし

瀬戸大橋を引き返します。
高松城
屋島と走った後

高松自動車道を走り
宿泊予定の
徳島までドライブでした。

昼間は生憎の雨で
瀬戸大橋とその前後を
走っているときは
見晴らしが良くなかったのは
残念でした。

しかし、香川県を満喫できました。

◆善通寺
「市」の名前にもなっています。
20年ほど前に来たことがあったのですが、
どうも、記憶と違う。
もっとガランドウ
（境内が大きく建物は少ない）
だと思ってたけど、
建物がいっぱい。

プラスして五重塔が無い。
（遠くの道から見えていた気がしたけど）

参拝してまわると
西院と東院があることがわかりました。
駐車場は西院裏でした。

記憶しているのは東院だったのです。

ここは「戒壇めぐり」があります。
本堂の地下道がぐるっと一周していて
左手を壁を触りながら
回るのです。

最奥には薄ら灯りと
仏壇があり、
空海上人の声を骨格から復元した。
という「ありがたいお言葉」を頂けます。

他に人が居なかったので
十分に味わえました。

◆丸亀城
　道から見上げました。
　石垣がかなり高い。
ここを上がるのか（汗）
昨日、こんぴらさんで1300段登ったので
筋肉痛でした。

入ってみるとここは坂を上がっていく
ようになっていました。

ハアハアと言いながらも
なんとか上がっていきました。

ここの天守閣は当時のものが現存している。
全国に１２しかない、貴重なものです。

◆瀬戸大橋
　香川（坂出）と岡山（児玉）を結ぶ
海上橋。　
３０年ほど前に開通しました。
当時、岡山県民だったので
盛り上がっていたのが印象的でした。

橋からは瀬戸内海の島々がよく見えて
景観が楽しめます。

ただ、残念なことに天気が悪く
雨が降ってきました。
見晴らしが効かず、
近くのしまのみが見えました。

雄大な橋は十分に堪能できました。

◆与島ＰＡ
瀬戸大橋で唯一降りれる島
展望場があり、そこから
橋がよく見える。

ただ、有料道路外に出ることは
できませんでした。

◆鷲羽山不動明王
瀬戸大橋を渡ったところ
本州、岡山県
ここの岬にあります。

景観が期待できるのですが、
天気が生憎で
遠くが見えにくかったです。

橋が上から見下ろせる
位置にあります。

◆高松城＝玉藻公園
この城は丸亀城とは様相がかなり違います。
海に面した水城です。
堀にも海水を引いているようです。
天守閣はなく石垣のみがありますが、
あまり高くはありません。

ここは蜂須賀家の藩だったようです。

本丸へは「鞘橋」（屋根がついた橋）を渡らないといけません。
水城の面目躍如というところか。

「鞘橋」は琴平でみた橋と同じ名前。
昨日のことを見て面白かったです。
どちらも屋根付き。

◆屋島
　雨が降っていたので山の方には上がらず
海沿いの道「屋島屋島公園線」を走ります。
海沿いの道ですが、
あまり景観はよくありませんでした。
このあたりは、
東北・房総・伊豆半島などに敵わない。

隣の城岬公園から屋島をみると
台地状の半島地形が特徴的でした。

◆城岬公園
海沿いの公園、ここからは
瀬戸内海がよく見えました。
石を積んだモニュメントがあります。

隣は石工屋？
彫刻がたくさんありました。

◆さぬきうどん店
チラシに掲載されていた
うどん店を目指しますが
「本日休業」（木曜日）
残念！

◆眉山
徳島市を見下ろす山
ロープウェイで上がれる。
時間は夜になっていて、
ロープウェイは終わっていました。

夏場や終末は２１時まで動くみたいです。
ただ、山頂駅付近はイルミが見えます。

クルマで上がりました。
駐車場に着くと
暗くてイルミネーションをしている風では
ありませんでした。
（残念）

◆新町川沿い
　徳島駅から400m
　橋5本がライトアップされています。
川沿いは公園になっていて歩道が
整備されています。

ホテルチェックイン後に散策しました。

【感想】
4日間の四国旅行
この日は雨が降りました。
残念ではありますが
4日間全部「晴れ」とか
あまり期待できないので仕方ないか。

丸亀城と高松城、香川の二つの城が
対照的で面白かったです。

瀬戸大橋、20年ぶりでした。

屋島は今度行って上に上がりたいと
思いました。

屋島と言いながら島ではなく
半島なんですね。

The view was not good
That’s too bad.

However, I was able to fully enjoy Kagawa Prefecture.

◆ Zentsu Temple
It is also the name of the “city”.
I came here about 20 years ago,
Apparently, it’s different from my memory.
More Garandou
(The precincts are large and there are few buildings)
I thought it was
The building is full.

Plus, there is no five-storied pagoda.
(I felt like I could see it from a distant road)

When you worship
It turns out that there are Saiin and Toin.
The parking lot was behind Saiin.

It was Toin that I remember.

There is a “Kaidan Tour” here.
The underpass of the main hall goes around
While touching the wall with your left hand
It turns around.

With a dim light in the back
There is a Buddhist altar,
The voice of Kukaijin was restored from the skeleton.
You can get “thank you words”.

Because there was no other person
I was able to fully enjoy it.

◆ Marugame Castle
I looked up from the road.
The stone wall is quite high.
Do you go up here (sweat)
Yesterday, I climbed 1300 steps with Kompira-san
I had muscle pain.

When you enter, this is going up the slope
It was supposed to be.

While saying hahaha
I managed to go up.

The castle tower here still exists at that time.
There are only 12 in the whole country, which is valuable.

◆ Seto Ohashi
Connecting Kagawa (Sakaide) and Okayama (Kodama)
Maritime bridge.
It opened about 30 years ago.
At that time, I was a citizen of Okayama prefecture
It was impressive that it was exciting.

You can see the islands of the Seto Inland Sea from the bridge.
You can enjoy the scenery.

But unfortunately the weather is bad
It started to rain.
The view does not work,
I could only see the nearby stripes.

I was able to fully enjoy the magnificent bridge.

◆ Yoshima PA
The only island on the Seto Ohashi Bridge
There is an observatory, from there
You can see the bridge well.

However, going out of the toll road
I could not do it.

◆ Washuzan Fudo Myoo
Crossing the Seto Ohashi Bridge
Honshu, Okayama Prefecture
It’s on the cape here.

I can expect the scenery,
The weather is bad
It was hard to see in the distance.

You can look down on the bridge from above
It is in position.

◆ Takamatsu Castle = Tamamo Park
This castle is quite different from Marugame Castle.
It is a water castle facing the sea.
It seems that seawater is also drawn in the moat.
There is no castle tower and only stone walls,
Not very expensive.

It seems that this was the domain of the Hachisuka family.

You have to cross the “Sayabashi” (a bridge with a roof) to the main enclosure.
It’s like Mizuki’s face.
