Pluses:
Every thing is good. Design, architecture cleanliness, location and greenery etc. Meals menu options W for lunch and dinner was limited but it was good and tasty.
Minuses:
Resort has not been professionally managed. We have booked online. Why I have written this:
– When we reached at resort outer gate we remained unattended more than five minutes at enquiry windows, after calling thrice he attended.
– No help for luggage from car to outer reception and than outey reception to reception inside the resort.
– The most torturing part was room service. Go through the following:
” Hello, room service, we need two bottles of water.
Room Service : ” Sir Charge legega”
Me, “OK”
Room service: ” Sir payment cash hogs”.
Our night stay was in the resort so we have taken a number of services from room service but every time they taken payment simultaneously in cash.
