The area around Hashimoto Station, where the JR and Nankai trains meet, has been remarkably developed in recent years as an entrance to the Osaka area, but in front of the station, the cityscape with the old atmosphere still remains. If you follow the maze-like intricate alleys that you can’t imagine in front of the station, you’ll get the illusion of walking in an old rural small city.
I would like to walk over the Kinokawa River at Hashimoto Bridge while visiting this town, which is also the base of Mt. Koya.
