This is VR 360 5K Japan Explorer. We explore many places in Japan.

We’d like to explore Arashiyama.

The tour starts from Watagetsukyo Bridge, the symbol of Arashiyama.

The mountain to the west of Togetsuki Bridge is Arashiyama (381 meters), and the area on both banks of Katsura River is called Arashiyama. During the Mifune Festival in spring and the Momiji Festival in autumn, boats are moored in the river for dancing and other performances, and in summer, there are events such as ukai-misplays and Manto Nagashi (floating lantern ceremony). The 250-meter-long bridge over the river at Saga Arashiyama is called Togetsukyo, and it is one of the most famous places in Arashiyama. The upstream of this bridge is called Oigawa River and the downstream is called Katsura River. It was originally called Horinji Bridge to cross to Horinji Temple on the other side of the river. The current name was given to the bridge by Emperor Kameyama, who praised it for its resemblance to a full moon crossing.

Surrounded by mountains that overflow with nature, Watagetsukyo Bridge changes its face from season to season. The scent of bamboo and the sunshine that streams through the gaps in the bamboo forest is sure to soothe you on weekends and holidays. Passing through the bamboo grove, we headed to Nonomiya Shrine, famous for its black wooden torii gate (black wooden gate) made of barked logs, which is used to tie the knot.

We will introduce tourist attractions in Japan on VR360.
Even if you can’t come to sightseeing, we will make a video so that you can enjoy the feeling of sightseeing.
