Small airport travel may be a great option for those who are ready to fly again. In this video we share our experience flying out of a small airport in Florida on a budget airline.
We start off at St. Pete Clearwater Airport (PIE) in St. Petersburg, Florida and fly to Greenville-Spartanburg Airport (GSP) in South Carolina. Many people may think flying out of smaller airports would be out of their budget, however there are actually some budget airlines that make frequent stops at lesser known airports.
On this trip we booked flights with Allegiant. We have flown on this airline several times before the pandemic and decided to book a trip in October 2020. Have you begun traveling again? If so, how was your travel experience? Let us know in the comments!
