Yumin has been in business since 1946 and have been serving up delicious local-style Chinese food to customers. Today we ordered Salt Ramen, a bowl of their Hakodate Champon Noodles and their unique spring rolls, wrapped in egg omelette instead of the usual spring roll wrappers.
