Hi Everyone! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
I’m going to a special dessert place 🍰 that serves beautiful Japanese parfaits with seasonal fruits. It is called Shibuya Nishimura. It is a high-class fruit shop with a long history dating all the way back to 1910.
This Shibuya crossing store was opened in 1945, and at that time Hachiko 🐶, the faithful Akita dog, used to live in front of Shibuya station.

Luxurious strawberries: Hatsukoi no Kaori – which translates to The scent of first love. The name of the scent of first love is said to be derived from the cute appearance of the skin dyed in pink, which makes the image of first love. One single strawberry costs 1080yen – which is around 10 US dollars. By packing the red strawberries together in a box, it becomes a “red and white” congratulatory product, used as a luxurious gift🎁.
They also have more mainstream products here like these soft candies – made with real fruit juice. I think this would be pretty nice souvenir if you’re visiting Japan, it’s quite compact and affordable at 600yen.
Shibuya Nishimura is famous for their fruit jellies – which incorporate the actual flesh of the fruit, like Okinawa mango🥭 & Taneshima passion fruit. Each jelly is 110g grams and they have a total of 6 varieties including blueberry and peach! Each jelly is 400 yen. They also have seasonal jams and cookies. One year after opening, the shop expanded to Fruit Parlor on the second floor.

Even the elevator has a good view lol. The interior is absolutely gorgeous,
I wasn’t able to a window seat, but the experience is just as good.
The menu is extensive – everything is so pretty and fancy! I would usually go for chocolate and banana – because that’s my favorite.
But since it’s strawberry season – it wouldn’t make to order that, right?
So I’m going to order something with strawberries in it, not going to order savory since I just had dinner; but the fruit sandwiches look very nice too!
They change the menu seven times a year so we get the best seasonal fruits every time we come! So sweet of them! I’ve decided to order from the special menu – I want the first one: the strawberry cream cheese mousse parfait. It is unbelievably adorable, the cream cheese mousse is jiggly too!
It is a generous portion with delightfully different textures – there is the crispiness on the bottom and creamy mousse and ice cream on the top.
We’re going order the regular strawberry parfait as well – we’ll do the banana next time. It’s still pretty big and it’s got a lot of custard in the middle. It was absolutely delicious. Sorry I got too busy eating and didn’t film anymore of it, but I definitely recommend coming here! You can also check out their menu on their website.
