Made my own ramen noodles in the ramen class! It’s a hands-on experience that allows you to make noodles following a traditional Chinese method called Aodake Teuchi and to enjoy learning how flour is made into ramen noodles.
It was honestly a really fun experience and the teacher was really nice! After you make your noodles from scratch they actually cook those noodles right in front of you so you can enjoy it right then and there! Definitely the best noodles I’ve ever made (;
