🏚️同潤会アパート
同潤会アパートは、1926年（大正１5年）日本で最初期の鉄筋コンクリート造集合住宅として住宅史・文化史上、貴重な存在だ。
1945年5月には、アメリカ軍による東京大空襲で街路樹が全焼した表参道で、
同潤館青山アパート前のケヤキだけが焼け残り、
防火壁としての同潤会アパートの機能を実証したと言われています。
その青山アパートは、2006年に森ビルが表参道ヒルズとして再開発したが、
安藤忠雄の設計によって外観東端の１棟が忠実に再現され、
「同潤館」として表参道ヒルズの一部を構成している。
キレイに整備されてギャラリーやお店がいくつか入っていますが、当時の面影を残しています。
隣接する近代的な表参道ヒルズはこの同潤会アパートの一部が取り壊されて建てられたものなんです。
私はこの古い同潤会アパートが大好きで昔はいつもここ前に佇んでいました。

🏚️ Dojunkai Apartment
The Dojunkai Apartment is a valuable presence in the history of housing and culture as the earliest reinforced concrete apartment building in Japan in 1926 (Taisho 15).
In May 1945, at Omotesando, where the roadside trees were completely destroyed by the bombing of Tokyo by the U.S. military.
Only the zelkova in front of the Dojunkan Aoyama apartment is left unburned,
It is said to have demonstrated the function of the Dojunkai apartment as a fire wall.
The Aoyama Apartment was redeveloped by Mori Building as Omotesando Hills in 2006,
Designed by Tadao Ando, the easternmost building has been faithfully reproduced.
It constitutes a part of Omotesando Hills as “Dojunkan”.
It is beautifully maintained and has several galleries and shops, but it retains the remnants of those days.
The adjoining modern Omotesando Hills was built by demolishing a part of this Dojunkai apartment.
I love this old Dojunkai apartment and used to always stand here.
