Jeff and Matt went to Japan to cycle across parts of the country for three weeks in the scorching heat during July and August of 2014. Along the way, we met some of Matt’s family members, new friends, and experienced an amazing adventure. We started in Tokyo and ended up in Yamaguchi-Prefecture. In total, we biked roughly 600 km and took bullet-trains for the rest. Meeting complete strangers who offered food, water, shelter, and most importantly a shower made us feel so very grateful. Thank you to everyone who helped us make this cycle tour possible!
