In this video we went to the Shin-Yokohama Rāmen Museum which is a food court that opened in 1994, located in the Shin-Yokohama district of Kōhoku-ku, Yokohama, Japan. The “museum”, or rather, food court, is devoted to the Japanese ramen noodle soup and features a small recreation of Tokyo in the year 1958, the year instant noodles were invented.
They had so many ramen stores here and they serve half-sized bowls here so you can try out a different types of ramen without getting too full off of one!
