It is typically outside and full of people eating, drinking, and having a great time. Toyo Izakaya is a seafood Izakaya. The seafood is so fresh, I think this man went to the ocean and catches it himself! The food is delicious and the alcohol is plentiful. Toyo will great you with this wave of positivity.
