Okinawa does not have a widespread train system. Naha City has a very limited rail system called Yui Rail. It can get you to most of the touristy places in Naha from the airport. I personally do not like Naha much at all, but the rail system is convenient for travel around the city if you need it! It has plenty to look at too. Take a look at the first few stops on the rail.
