Switzerland of Japan is here!! MURODO area along the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine route has one of the most scenic sceneries in entire Japan with a beautiful Mikurigaike Lake reflecting the blue sky and surrounded by the peaks of beautiful mountains and greenery. this place is gorgeous in any season and I’m so happy that I finally discovered it. we are going to come here again and again. however this was the very first time so let me show you how we change the trains and got on to Japan’s most steep cable car that at times goes up at an inclination of 29°, and sometimes 24°. luckily the weather was beautiful and could take really nice photos! also we are staying at the hot spring Mikurigaike Onsen just on the border of the gorgeous lake! mini hiking trails and walking past are here and if the weather is good you could spend a week and not get bored!!
