Easily accessible from Tokyo and with a slim chance of snow, Miura Peninsula is one of Japan’s most popular motorcycle destinations for winter trips. We took advantage of the great weather during the last weekend in January for our first longer trip with new bikes. Kazuto on Suzuki Hayabusa GSX 1300R, Una on Kawasaki Ninja 400.
We passed Yokohama Bay Bridge and Daikoku Futo, and made it to Joga Island for Sunset. Special thanks to Miura Base (Ichi Bed & Breakfast) for hosting us. We enjoyed every second of this trip and will definitely go back to it soon, if nothing else for the freshest tuna from Miura fish market.
It will get colder, but our riding season just got serious!
