I recently visited Oze National Park, in Gunma which is a couple of hours by a car from Tokyo.
This is an excellent hiking destination surrounded by beautiful mountains and rich nature, and also there is one of the largest highland marshes in Japan, which is Ozegahara. You can mindfully feel relaxed here.
I’m not sure your country’s regulation specifically, but at the end of the day, I guess there’s another way to keep social distance other than just staying home, and this video shows that.
Step outside and have an adventure in the middle of nowhere.

先日、夏休みを使って群馬県の尾瀬国立公園に行ってきました。
東京は35度を超えるような猛暑続きでしたが、尾瀬は真夏でも20度前後なので、避暑地としても最高の場所でした。
そして至仏山など美しい山々に囲まれた壮大な尾瀬ヶ原の景色には、本当に心が洗われました。
三密を避ける方法は、外出自粛以外にも、こうやって大自然の中を探検するというのも一つの手段だと思います(勿論、道中や施設でのマスク着用&消毒はマスト)
気が滅入ってる時こそ、外に出て、そして人里離れた場所で冒険をしよう。
