I walked around Akihabara(Akiba) on a weekday evening. Lately, Akihabara has been in the news for a cluster at a maid cafe. However, the town is bustling with activity regardless of that.
Maids are lined up on the streets every few meters, touting their wares. (They seem to be keeping a social distance for a change.)
However, the majority of foreign tourists who used to come to Akihabara are nowhere to be seen.
