PBOY are not VEGAN, but in recent years VEGAN people are increasing globally, especially in Europe(of course in Japan too),and we often hear that they are having trouble with what they eat when they travel to Japan.
This time we introduce japanese VEGAN ramen(noodle). Ramen is one of the popular japanese food and it basically uses animal ingredients. Maybe we think vegan people cannot eat ramen because of this reason.

PBOYはビーガンではありませんが、近年欧州を中心にビーガンの人口は大幅に増加していて(もちろん日本でも)、動物性の食材を使った料理が多い日本食がためにせっかく日本に遊びに来てくれても食に困る方が多いという現実があるとよく聞きます。そんな方々のために現在数々の飲食店が試行錯誤しビーガンの方々のための料理を開発してはグローバルに対応できる環境を整えているわけですが、少しでもその情報のひとつになればという意味で今回ビーガンラーメンのひとつを紹介しようという話になりました。もちろんビーガンではないので正直な感想でレビューしてるわけですが笑、誇り高き日本のラーメン文化を少しでも色んな人に触れてもらいたいという信念は変わりませんのでどうか温かく見てください。で、もし気になったらビーガンの方に限らず一度食べに行ってみてください。おいしいですよ！読んでくれてありがとうございます。
