New Chitose Airport is the largest airport in Hokkaido and serves Sapporo and the surrounding area. 22 million passengers pass through this airport annually. It’s the gateway to the prefecture. It boasts many unique features such as an onsen (Japanese bath)! There’s so much to do at this airport, you’re going to have to come back!
