Rainy Day Driving in Japan & Cyclist Almost Gets Hit by Two Cars😱

Driving in the rain in Kokura, Fukuoka Prefecture and someone on their bicycle wasn’t paying attention. He kept riding even though the sign said do not cross and almost got hit by two cars! Driving in the rain in Fukuoka is relaxing for me because you can see the fog moving through the mountains like a wandering dragon.
