Lake Yamanakako Hiking in Japan Nature on Panorama Dai Mountain Trails

This was a day to remember at the biggest of Mount Fuji 5 Lakes. The beauty that surrounds Lake Yamanaka (Yamanakako) is brillian. There are tons of hiking options. At one point of this hike you can stand in 3 prefectures simultaneously. Yamanashi, Shizuoka and Kanagawa. This hike will take you to 5 summits. EPIC! If you want information on this course please contact me and I’ll do my best to guide you. There are some things you should know before going that I didn’t refer to in the video. Parking is close to the trailhead and we quickly made our way up Panorama Dai before heading up to Mount Myogin. Next up was Mount Mikuni. From there stay on the Mikuni hiking course. The main thing to know, and what nobody mentions is – its 1 1/2 walk back to parking from the end of the trail. Brutal! On a super busy mountain road. Please don’t do it. It’s too dangerous. We called a taxi to meet us at the graveyard (end point you can’t miss) If you do this hike I STRONGLY recommend it.
