HAKATA RAMEN: “Hakata” is the name of the central business district in the city of Fukuoka on Japan’s southern island of Kyushu. Hakata is famous for their namesake ramen. The first thing you’ll notice about Hakata Ramen is it’s milky white broth (a.k.a. tonkotsu broth) made from pork bones boiled for many hours. #JapanFoodBattle #TeamRamen
