Hiroshima is one the best places I’ve visited in Japan and now it’s one of my favourites. Yes, They do have a better okonomiyaki than Osaka, it’s the truth. With the alteration of the egg as a lid/hat and the addition of soba noodles and just all round excellent cooking techniques, it takes the cake. I was blown away not only by the okonomiyaki but the delicious oysters in Miyajima Island. It’s a must visit when traveling in Hiroshima not only for it’s beauty but it’s oysters too..lol. I ca’t wait to go back
