Okonomiaki is a kind of all-in-one very thick pan-cake type of food which is cooked entirely on hot plate. It will contain veggies, seafood, pork, fish flakes flower etc. On the top, it will have plenty of tasty okonomiaki sauce and some mayonnaise too. You will normally sit right in front of the place where it is being cooked while you sip your drink. The chef will give some cuts in the okonomiaki, like cutting a cake, and then serve you. You can cut those pieces even further for a comfortable bite. As it is served, it is hot, tempeting with those fish flakes dancing as the steam goes out of this food.
