Oru special Preparation|Spicy unniyyappam|സ്പെഷ്യൽ സ്‌പൈസി ഉണ്ണിയപ്പം|Malayalam Recipe|Travelingchef

Ingredients

Rice flour 250g

all purpose flour 100g

Rava. 100g

Coconut 100g

Chilli chopped 2 tablespoon

onion chopped 5 tablespoon

coriander leaf 2 teaspoon

ginger chopped 1 teaspoon

garlic 1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

butter 1 teaspoon

Method of preparation

*Heat the pan and add butter and oil when it’s head add ginger and garlic

*And also add chopped onions and chilli and mix well add more butter if you need it well make more tasty

*Then add coconut and mix well coconut gives more tasty

*Add off the flame and keep for cooling

How to make the batter for spicy unniyyappam

*Add 250g Rice flour in a bowl and add all purpose flour and rava( 100g)

*Add Egg and cooked mixture and mix it well add water and mix it make the batter smooth like vada batter

kuziyyappa chatty (കുഴിയ്യപ്പാ ചട്ടി)In a flame add oil and add batter in the oil and fry well
